Archikubik’s portrait in the last edition of L’Architecture d’Aujourd’hui

The 419th edition of L’Architecture d’Aujourd’hui, dedicated to Spanish architecture, is now available ! We are honoured of the article, appropriately entitled “Against cynicism”, in which Emmanuel Borne paints the portrait of Archikubik.

To all those who bristle upon hearing the neologisms used in the “Réinventer Paris” calls for projects, skip this. “Shared public space”, “linking building” and “co-construction”: Archikubik has made this “shared” semantics its own well before others. Since this franco-catalan practice was founded in 1994, its founders Carmen Santana, Miquel Lacasta and Marc Chalamanch have based their projects on needs analysis, to create use-oriented architecture.”
